ECPAT Austria was founded in November 2003 as a specialised agency against any form of commercial sexual exploitation of children. The working group is a nationwide platform of twelve non-governmental organisations working in the field of children's rights and development cooperation. The coalition also aims to establish sustainable training structures on the commercial sexual exploitation of children and the Code with the tourism industry; strengthen youth work and develop specific activities on commercial sexual exploitation of children by and for youth.
